- Abstract
The proposed solution reuses three Parka jackets through a process of cutting, assembling and stitching to create a hammock used in emergency settings.
It is used in climate disaster shelters, hypothetically fitted with a frame or hung from two sides.
The hammock consists of a water-repellent maintained outer part that uses the outside of the parka. The inner part is lined with jacket padding. The blanket can be removed from the hammock by Velcro.- Description
