- Abstract
Chongqing, also known as Shancheng or Jiangcheng, is famous for its mountains and water. In Li Bai’s “Early Departure from the City of White Emperor” during the Tang Dynasty, he wrote: “In the colorful clouds of the White Emperor, thousands of miles of Jiangling return in a day.”. The sound of apes on both sides cannot be stopped, and the light boat has crossed thousands of mountains. This is a city full of romance and poetry, and its name has been engraved in the long river of history over eight hundred years.
