- Abstract
The idea is to creat a new headquarters for Noonic Creative Office with appropriate function sectors under the limited budget. In fact, the cost is not only coming from the building and assemblies, but also the using of daily life. The compact form will reduce the lost in thermodynamics and offers staffs a viewfinder to the natural scenery.
