- Abstract
“Farsi in tre” is an Italian say meaning one tries everything he can to reach a goal. In the case of Emergency, 30 years of Emergency will not be enough, since it is hard to hope that wars would come to an end.
Therefore, we cannot but hope that Emergency lasts forever.- Description
