I'm Jacob and I am a designer / maker based in and around both London and Northamptonshire.
After working for 1 year in a joinery I progressed and completed 3 years at Moulton college studying "Making and Installing Furniture." During my time there I found my passion and went on to study another 3 years for a BA(Hons) Degree at the National School of Furniture in Buckinghamshire.
Some of my related qualifications to date are:
BA(Hons) Degree in Furniture, Design and Making.
Competence in high standard spray finishes and hand applied finishes ( primers, base coats, topcoats, lacquers, oils, waxes and polishes)
Level2 Furniture Restoration.
Manual Handling
Competence in CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, Rhino and Keyshot
Advanced Skill Level of Adobe Photoshop Suite.
I pride myself on attention to detail and honest construction and aim to create unique and well made pieces of furniture both traditional and modern which will enhance the way we live at an affordable price.
